Our youngest son had a terrible headache and their staff stepped up and gave us children’s Advil that they had to go to their vehicle to get. Thanks so much, MICHAEL! Our server was Rolando and he was amazing. We had the soup, tacos, and chili Reno.. which was all fantastic. Great service, great food, and people who care. That’s the most you could ask for. Not to mention our tab was completely reasonable!”

“Came in for lunch this afternoon for the first time. First impression, the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. The service however, was extremely poor. Our server made it apparent he did not want to be there. We had to ask for water multiple times, as well as plates and utensils. He didn’t seem to want to acknowledge us at all or make eye contact. Now, the food was great. We ordered the Hot Mama roll and the Shaggy dog roll, and both were exceptional. The Kani salad was a nice and refreshing appetizer, and the Spicy Miso ramen hit the spot. The only downside was the Chicken Fried Rice, which was pretty dry and bland. Overall, the food made up for the poor service. We will definitely come back to try more of the menu.”

“We picked up grilled chicken sandwiches yesterday and they were amazing. The sauce on the sandwich was very tasty. Also, the sweet potato tots were super sweet and crispy. Yum!”

“Northlake now has 2 outstanding donut shops within 5 minutes of each other. Love both of them but Wow has slightly better Applefriters and glazed donuts but the other one has better sausage rolls. Will gladly continue to patronize both of them. Suggest you do the same.”

The lounge was a great experience and we talked and enjoyed ourselves among others. We will be back and we were super impressed with everyone’s great attitudes and knowledge of all the ingredient’s!”

“The food was good. The shining star was Mariah S. The woman is hands down the most fantastic bartender I have ever seen, known or heard of. It was like watching a dancer. Every move she made behind the bar had a purpose. She was welcoming and genuinely friendly, not just the shlock that bartenders are prone to put on while they're fishing for tips. Even if the food had been total crap, which it wasn't, the evening would have been 5 star, just to see someone who is incredible at her job, work.”

“Always prefer and LOOOVE me some IHOP preferred over waffle house. ANY DAY & EVERY DAY & although there ample amounts of different location choices; this locations by far my favorite. GREAT FOOD! AMAZING STAFF. I WILL NEVER LOVE going to another restaurants location for IHOP to eat like I LOVE GOING TO THIS ONE. Every time HANDS 👇🏼
