Every truck had something different to offer! Priced very reasonably! Bring the kiddos & dog and have a great experience! The Asada Fries are on another level! The BLT from everything on toast was great! Pizza was well it was pizza she ate it all! We also had the shrimp from hip hop hibachi was ok nothing too special. Those Asada fries though…..oooooooohhhhboooiiiii fire!

Number of food trucks offering a variety of options
We stopped at Hilltop for an overnight stay on our way from Florida to Colorado. Trouper was waiting for us when we arrived to help get us settled. So many amenities on site including a food truck park with a huge variety of yummy food, a beautiful grill shop with all your cooking needs and some you didn’t even know you need, and an adorable chocolate factory, all within walking distance! This was our first harvest host stop and won’t be our last but I don’t how we’ll top it. If you’re passing through Texas and need a place to stay, check them out!

The vibe here is great and you can’t go wrong with whatever food truck you choose! They always have multiple options for everyone’s pallet. They also post the schedule weekly as well as daily, which really helps to know which trucks are there at what time! They also just opened a bar which is a great spot for the surrounding communities since we don’t have many around.

Clean restrooms! This is so rare these days. The food options were great. Even had pizza for my picky eaters. I had the salmon plate from the Hibachi truck, so good, definitely reccommend. My only issue is the flies. We ended up leaving and finishing our food in our vehicle because we couldn't keep the flies away and it was difficult to enjoy our meal.
