Hilltop continues to provide an amazing experience and something for everyone. Great service, experience for the kids and fantastic food from the food trucks. Only disappointing issue is the one person that constantly complains about noise from the Pecan neighborhood. The noise level is always respectful. If you want to live where there is no noise at all move to the desert in Arizona!

As much I like the other food trucks el villa was definitely disappointing last night. Chicken and beef meat was burned and very dry. I’m sure it was previously cooked and then warmed back up on the grill. Waste of money. She started it would take some time to turn the grill back on. And this was around 7.

Went there for the 1st time yesterday, it's such a fun and cool concept. There is something for kiddos and adults to do, with a great atmosphere. Also found out they do a twighlight farmers market on Saturdays and another in the morning on Sundays. Excited to check those out too!

This place just works. There are so many variables for a food truck area to go wrong and none of them are present here. There is plenty of parking. The permanent bar (a two-sided bar for convenience from either side of the area) is well staffed and makes all drinks convenient so you do not have to depend on the food truck you visited for a beverage. There are lots of picnic tables for seating. There are several kids blowup bounce houses for them to play in. And, most important of all, there is a wide variety of food truck options. Some are there all the time, some come and go, but it seems there is always BBQ, Tex-Mex and burgers standards and multiple other options as well. Asian, Korean, Greek. We went with a group of 10 recently and everyone had a choice that met their desire from the 11 food trucks available that night. One downside is that each truck works at its own speed, so food might not come out at the same time.There is also often a DJ or other music. What a great family place right in the heart of multiple neighborhoods. Check the website for the truck schedule.

Food is mediocre at best from each truck and highly over priced. Bar service is slow. Their music is so loud for no reason, it’s not even enjoyable having conversations there. Music can be heard inside local homes and when asked to turn it down, they essentially say “not our problem”. Far better restaurants around the area with much better customer service and care for local residents.
It can be hot but the food is always great. It’s a good place to have a meal.

Went here to try the HipHop Hibachi. Kid was already close to nap time, so I asked the guy the wait. He told me 10min. Cool, ordered food, and paid $45 for two relatively small plates. 48 minutes later, kid is screaming in the car with the wife for the last half hour, and just now have food. I get it, if you’re busy or slammed, cool, lemme know, and I’ll run somewhere else. But don’t say 10min wait when it’s nearly an hour wait. Will not be going back to this food truck again.

Micholandia at the Hilltop Food Truck Park is AMAZING! They have the absolute best aguas frescas—so refreshing and full of flavor. Their sweet treats are just as incredible, everything tastes so fresh and homemade. This is definitely a must-try spot. You won’t be disappointed!
