The best BBQ in Texas is at Hilltop! Owner Todd Lorch is the nicest guy, and the pork burnt ends and brisket are AMAZING! Shop local, shop small business and check out Indian Creek Smokehouse BBQ at Hilltop.
Really nice outdoor facility with numerous food trucks and styles of food to choose from. I heartily recommend it be on your regular stop agenda. Fun environment for the family and they had a number of local vendors of local and Texas made products which we enjoyed perusing.
I have been doing business with Hilltop for years now and i always feel like family when i am there. Customer service is absolutely top notch. Food and drinks are always on point and their storage facility is next to none. Overall this family has built an exceptional business and is dedicated to serving their community beyond expectations.
