1 star for not being required to wear gloves when preparing any food for you. I watched the young man and girl that was on shift put pepperonis on my pizza and make pizza dough all with no gloves on at all. Yuck! Men have to hold their stuff every time they go to the bathroom and no guarantee if they wash their hands after. I’m good. I asked for a refund.

Today I ordered breadstick from northlake papa John’s. See the breadstick they gave. It is not edible. Not cooked properly. I ordered this for my kid birthday party with pizza. My family love their breadstick. Never again going to order breadsticks from this store.

Thank you Papa John’s in Northlake for partnering with our school and providing a pizza party for one of the 1st grade classrooms! They were very responsive to what we needed and the pizza was hot and ready at the agreed time. The students loved it! Thanks again and we will be back!
Order was messed up, didn't have any drivers. Waited 1 1/2 hrs! Had to have Doordash do the delivery. I was told that I would get 2 free pizzas as a result. Called and talked to the manager Nathan to redeem, and he wouldn't do it. He was very rude! Just lost a customer!

Placed order online at 5:25 pm. Order said to be read at 6:25-6:35. Checked to receive text message with order progress. Long/short of it: didn't receive text, tracker on order and phone call follow up said order was ready for pick up at 6:35, order was not even started upon arrival for pick up at 6:50. Finally receive order at 7:15 pm. Staff blamed online and phone eta on 3rd party manager. WHAT EVER! NEVER going to this Papa John's again! Guest Sevice...major fail!
