Placed an online order to be delivered at 5:30 . I attempted to call multiple times around 6 to see what is going on, and cancel my order since you have to call into the store cancel the order. No one picked up, so I had to place another order at a different pizza place to get food before I had to leave our house. The order got delivered at 7:43 with no one home, so they left the pizza at the front door. What person still expects a pizza delivery 2 hours later?

Customer service is lacking at this location and the employees are dismissive. Instead of calling me with a delivery question they marked our order as delivered so we went out in the neighbor hood looking for it. What a shame as we just moved to this area 6months ago and have never had an issue with other locations. Our first delivery the pizza was wrong but we didn’t complain. Second one never showed up and then we looked it was cancelled. Still don’t know why. So this is the third time ordering and third bad experience with them.

Ordered 35 pizzas for a company training at the last minute because our original order from another company canceled our order due to running out of dough. This location tackled my massive order an hour before we needed it- helped me load it in my car- and were hospitable with the entire experience. The GM was headed out the door when I called and clocked back in to help his team get my order ready to go on such short notice. AND the pizza was amazing!! Great service, great food!!! Thank you Papa John’s Northlake!

1 star for not being required to wear gloves when preparing any food for you. I watched the young man and girl that was on shift put pepperonis on my pizza and make pizza dough all with no gloves on at all. Yuck! Men have to hold their stuff every time they go to the bathroom and no guarantee if they wash their hands after. I’m good. I asked for a refund.

Today I ordered breadstick from northlake papa John’s. See the breadstick they gave. It is not edible. Not cooked properly. I ordered this for my kid birthday party with pizza. My family love their breadstick. Never again going to order breadsticks from this store.
