Really enjoy Papa John's pizza. But the service and response to messing up is a 1 star. They don't care about fixing an issue. My order was missed up, and items were missing from my order. I was told by the Papa John's delivery driver that he would return with the missing items. He never returned and had to reheat my pizza because of this. I reached out to the help email on their website and never got a response, and even did the survey for my order and never got a response. Buyer beware at this location. This isn't the first time this has happen. Going with Pizza Hut or Little Ceasars in the future.

Placed an order at 11. Scheduled for a 11:40 delivery. Still haven’t received my order. It states they close at 1am, called at 12am to see if we could just pick it up and it says the store is closed. No one to answer their calls!

the pizza was half thin crust half normal, tasted rancid, was cold and somehow the inside of my mouth still got burned. honestly impressed that they somehow burned the roof of my mouth with cold pizza. maybe they added some extra chemicals to it or something

Got my order delivered and never received my 2 L all the pizzas were dry ordered the garlic, Parmesan, boneless wings and the brownie. Definitely not worth ordering. I would’ve rather ordered from Pizza Hut. Definitely not ordering here ever again.

The crust of the pizza was burnt, and the cheese in the bread wasn't melted.And I said that I was going to pick up the pizza at 7:15, but the pizza was ready at 6:30. So, when I got home, the pizza was cold.Never going to order at this Papa Johns again!!!

My pizza wasn't delivered due to an incompetent doordash driver who later showed up holding my pizzas sideways, Anna the manager on duty is fantastic and went the extra mile to make everything right for us, remake our pizza after the delivery got pushed back an extra hour and a half and even said she'd deliver it personally if needed to make sure it was here on time. I hope her bosses see this, huge asset to their team.
