I’m super upset I called to place an order and asked for stuffed crust pizza 🍕 she said hold on let me check if I have any left then hung up. Mind you this is the end of the night I know people want to go home but I placed an order online because when I called back she never answered. A second after she hung up. I placed the order with the representative that answered on the call center she took my order stated it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there the lady that hung up on me stated no order came for you and was súper rude and mocked me I could see her through the window. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. The worst service ever.

I paid for extra toppings, but the pizza was still pretty sparse—definitely not what I expected. The wings were also disappointing. Only about half had any sauce, and there wasn’t enough to coat the rest. They were more like plain chicken tenders, and I ended up dipping them in ketchup.
I used my points to get the wings and Cinnabon dessert for free, and I’m wondering if that’s why this order didn’t feel like it was made with much care.
Honestly, this was frustrating. I’ve usually liked Pizza Hut, but I might start going back to Marco’s. They’re farther away, but their quality and topping portions have been much more consistent.

Opted for an online delivery order, later I got a text stating my order was being delivered by door dash and that was first disappointment. I do not use 3rd party delivery services because of the risk for something to happen to food. Companies should state up front this will not be delivered by them. Also, Pizza Hut should security seal the boxes if they are using these 3rd party random drivers. Will not order delivery from here again since they do not have their own drivers.
Next my food arrived, but I found no sauce on my pizza. Practically bread and cheese.
I had called the store for something and that was the best part of the experience. The gentleman on phone was very helpful and professional.

The pizza had absolutely no substance to it. I ordered the stuffed crust and it was cardboard thin until you got to the crust... Do yourself a favor and just order dominos, Pizza Hut really went downhill.

made a order last night. Got a message saying order on the way. 2 hours later nothing. Called next day Manager “CANDICE” rude hung up on me when ask for name. Called back and was saying I was rude cause I was upset for their mistake. LOST A CUSTOMER!

It's crazy usually when we order from this Pizza Hut we don't have any issues. But for some reason tonight when I ordered the person who delivered just left the food on our porch without ringing the doorbell, knocking on the door or anything. So our food was just out there for like six or seven minutes before my wife decided to check the front door because it was past the time that it said it was expected to be there. And just a side note to add to that, I never set for it to be left at our door. I always wanted it hand delivered to me, but yet they couldn't even have done that.

Preface: This happened a few months ago, before my grandma died, which is why it has taken me a while to post this as we have been dealing with family affairs. My mom and I were excited to find a Pizza Hut so close to my Grandma's place in Justin because as much as my sweet grandma would forget important things like the names of her family members and her date of birth, she would always remember that she loved Pizza Hut pizza. So we came across this location one day and called ahead so we could pick up the order on the way to my grandma's. When we were ordering, my mom asked 2 questions: 1) if they offer a military discount and 2) if we could apply a Pizza Hut coupon we had received from the mail to our order. The girl we were on the phone with seemed to have an attitude, but of course we ignored it for the sake of getting the job done. The second my mom inquired about a military service discount, the girl became hostile, aggressively claiming she was the manager and their location doesn't do discounts for anyone. My mom shrugged off the girl's animosity and proceeded, "Does that mean we also can't use a Pizza Hut coupon we received in the mail? Can you explain--" I couldn't hear the rest of her sentence because this girl "manager" completely lost it for God knows what reason, cut her off, and began screaming at my mom....all because she dared to ask about a military service discount and a Pizza Hut coupon (??). When I say screamed, I mean, SCREAMED at the top of her lungs. It was like in those movies where a teenage girl is high-pitched screaming at her mom that she hates her because she grounded her from a date or something. Or, The Exorcist. I have *never* seen anything like this in real life. It was unbelievable and unacceptable. She never gave her name and she had hung up immediately after her attempt to burst our eardrums. Disgusting behavior from a spoiled child that clearly needs to grow up before being put in any customer service role, yet alone a managerial position. Needless to say, we ended up going elsewhere, to a place where they encourage a family environment, serve quality food, have common decency and respect for others, value those that serve, and customers can ask questions without getting screamed at :) And to that uncivilized civilian: Good luck with your karma; you're going to need it.
