We came in after church to order a take home pizza and were waited on by Tammie. Tammie was so sweet, helpful and efficient. When we got it home, it was one of the most flavorful super supreme pizzas we have had in a long time. We recommend this Pizza Hut!

Ordered 3 pizzas and all are tasteless. Overcooked and dry. Topping were very few sprinkled. The cashier was not welcoming in nature. Toto waste of money and worst pizza I ever had.

I ordered two pizzas, four Diet Pepsis, and breadsticks. The pepperoni pizza was overcooked and the edges were burnt. The cheese pizza and breadsticks were fine. The delivery driver forgot my Diet Pepsi and told me I had to call the store to fix it. This was after the app already asked me to leave a tip, which I did. I paid a tip and a delivery fee, and my order still wasn’t right.
I called the store after eating, because if I had called right away my food would have gone cold. When I finally got through, the person who answered just asked if I wanted the drinks delivered or refunded. I asked for delivery, and they said “ok.” No apology, no offer to make it right.
Thirty minutes later another driver dropped them off without saying a word. This is the second time in four orders I’ve had problems with this location. At this point, it’s just not worth the hassle or the money when there are plenty of other places to order from.

I’m super upset I called to place an order and asked for stuffed crust pizza 🍕 she said hold on let me check if I have any left then hung up. Mind you this is the end of the night I know people want to go home but I placed an order online because when I called back she never answered. A second after she hung up. I placed the order with the representative that answered on the call center she took my order stated it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there the lady that hung up on me stated no order came for you and was súper rude and mocked me I could see her through the window. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated. The worst service ever.

I paid for extra toppings, but the pizza was still pretty sparse—definitely not what I expected. The wings were also disappointing. Only about half had any sauce, and there wasn’t enough to coat the rest. They were more like plain chicken tenders, and I ended up dipping them in ketchup.
I used my points to get the wings and Cinnabon dessert for free, and I’m wondering if that’s why this order didn’t feel like it was made with much care.
Honestly, this was frustrating. I’ve usually liked Pizza Hut, but I might start going back to Marco’s. They’re farther away, but their quality and topping portions have been much more consistent.

Opted for an online delivery order, later I got a text stating my order was being delivered by door dash and that was first disappointment. I do not use 3rd party delivery services because of the risk for something to happen to food. Companies should state up front this will not be delivered by them. Also, Pizza Hut should security seal the boxes if they are using these 3rd party random drivers. Will not order delivery from here again since they do not have their own drivers.
Next my food arrived, but I found no sauce on my pizza. Practically bread and cheese.
I had called the store for something and that was the best part of the experience. The gentleman on phone was very helpful and professional.
The pizza had absolutely no substance to it. I ordered the stuffed crust and it was cardboard thin until you got to the crust... Do yourself a favor and just order dominos, Pizza Hut really went downhill.

made a order last night. Got a message saying order on the way. 2 hours later nothing. Called next day Manager “CANDICE” rude hung up on me when ask for name. Called back and was saying I was rude cause I was upset for their mistake. LOST A CUSTOMER!

It's crazy usually when we order from this Pizza Hut we don't have any issues. But for some reason tonight when I ordered the person who delivered just left the food on our porch without ringing the doorbell, knocking on the door or anything. So our food was just out there for like six or seven minutes before my wife decided to check the front door because it was past the time that it said it was expected to be there. And just a side note to add to that, I never set for it to be left at our door. I always wanted it hand delivered to me, but yet they couldn't even have done that.
