At 9pm Friday on April 12th. The staff were rude, lied, and undercooked out food. I could see mold in kitchen and unsafe working conditions for them as well.

We don't normally eat fast food, but have always been a fan of Popeyes. Had the chicken tenders, red beans and rice and a biscuit. Everything was perfect! ?

We got 2 chicken sandwich combos and the chicken breast on both were extremely tiny.Was not too happy,but issue was quickly resolved by store manager.

Luminescent Midnight

The lady over the intercom asked if I was okay with waiting a couple minutes for the chicken. I had to say yes several times before she finally understood. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, even watching them take my food to a different car that didn't have anyone in it.I ordered the popcorn shrimp and chicken combo. The chicken was cold, and I was only given 4 pieces of shrimp (I had already eaten one before I took the picture below, and I learned the hard way that the shrimp tails were also still attached, which isn't normal for them).

High prices, the customer service is TERRIBLE, they ignore the customer, they are more concerned with the conversations between them than with working, for the price very little food, I do not recommend it.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They screwed up a pretty simple order and then the cashier argued and refused to fix it. I stated that I ordered something else and he continued to argue, claiming I made the mistake, he yelled and cussed at me in front of the whole restaurant. Several bystanders had to get involved to calm the situation. When I asked for a manager, he said he was one, even tho he clearly was not. He, his supervisor and the store owner clearly need a lesson in customer service. This place should be shut down until the staff can be fully trained.

This place is awful. Horrible customer service, half of my food was missing, none of it was charged correctly and a single sauce for 5 tenders? I don’t get it. Yall need to get your stuff worked out or shut this location down!

This is more for the owner/Managers to see. The car parked in the picture was pretending to go through the drive thru lane. I waited 10 minutes behind him, while he was looking at the menu. Finally he pulled forward like he was going to order and then kept going. Turns out he was an employee, parked and went inside to keep working (he was even wearing a headset). Not sure what game he was playing but it was a nuisance and you shouldn't be posting employees to harass/annoy customers.Once I ordered my food, they got my order wrong (regular vs spicy) and the chicken was cold.

I was trying to redeem an online offer instore via the app and they kept refusing even after I pulled up the redeem instore option.The manager needs more training when it comes to customer service, I'm a manager and his behavior was intolerable and hostile.After the order was finally made I went over it again and he said I changed it and its not what I originally said.After fixing it he then began speaking about me in Spanish to the other employees, I speak Spanish and this behavior was very unacceptable and made me uncomfortable.Need better training, better people and overall better attitude in this place.Update: WRONG ORDER TOO

Drive thru took too long to order. The person was shouting because they couldn’t hear us and we got the wrong food. Wasn’t worth our time to go back due to all the road construction.
