This location ruins it for all other Sonics. I only go back because I get sick of all the other fast food around. This time I actually got sick after eating. The service is bad the food is the worst I've ever had at a Sonic. I dont know what else to say definitely nothing good.

Be careful paying with cash. She shorted me $10 on my change. When I brought it up she tried multiple times trying to convince me it was right. When she finally realized I wasn't falling for it she said there isnt anymore money in the building. After arguing with her she finally came back with change. Somehow money magically appeared from the safe. 100% obvious she was trying to pocket the last $10

If I could do no stars I would. Nathanie was very rude. First he was rude through the intercom with taking my order(2 m&m blasts and an ocean water) which I just took it as he was having a bad night because we all have them days. But when it came to pulling up to the window he gave me my two ice creams and then slammed the window, I thought maybe he was making the ocean water so I waited about 5ish minutes then he had the audacity to come to the window and say word for word “ Can you not do all your personal shit at my window? You’re holding up the line!” Of course I let him know that I’m still waiting for my ocean water not in the nicest way back of course cause that was in called for!! The his reply was “oh you’re right I’m sorry I’m just having a bad night!” Then give me my ocean water and I leave. This was 100% in class for and if this is what he said to me imagine what he has said to others!!

I just drove away from Sonic to go get breakfast somewhere else. I waited about 2 or 3 minutes after pressing the red button and no one answered. The young lady at the front was doing whatever she was doing at the counter and there was a guy outside. I don't know if it's related but he was wiping down his car so I went somewhere else to get breakfast for four people today

This has to be one of the worst Sonic locations that I've ever been to. I've ordered in the app 20 mins before arrival to still have to wait 20 mins to receive my order. They are not attentive as many times my order is not correct.
Ordered a Garlic Butter bacon cheeseburger tonight, and asked for extra mayo and no onions. I was told that it didn't come with onions on it. Im am now back home with my burger, and it has grilled onions on it.

Absolutely awful service - had to place my order 3 separate times, they couldn’t even find the item on the iPad that was listed on their menu. Tried to speak to someone about my order at the door and they had no idea where my order was. DO NOT go to this location. 45 MINUTES FOR SOME CHEESESTICKS AND ONION RINGS?!?!? Insane, whoever is running this establishment needs to actually do their job
