Waited at the drive thru speaker for a whole minute and no greeting or reply to us. We drove to the window and the lady kinda hid from us and we waited a minute for her to come to the window. We tried to order a single dragon fruit slush. She told us we needed to go drive back around to the speaker (which is broken and barely works!!!!) we just left they clearly don’t want our business and the service and attitude turned us off

this sonic is terrible i swear the world could end and id still be here waiting for my coney dog everytime i come here i wait 45 mins just for a few pieces of food while the workers twiddle dee and twiddle dum play around instead of actually doing there job. it is a disgrace and ruins all other sonic’s for me. not to mention the peices of hair found in food.

This location is notoriously slow but today they went above and beyond. I waited 12 minutes for a Coney dog, they guy behind me left after waiting so long, I would have done the same had I not already paid and no one came back to the window after I paid. The workers all seemed like it was funny and couldn't care less. After getting back to my office and beginning to eat my food it was horrible, not sure why it took so long I'm assuming it was frozen and this unprofessional staff was unprepared for the lunch rush. There was only one vehicle in front of me when I ordered. I have been patronizing this location for 3 years, I work directly across the street but I will not be going back again.

Sat at an order board for 5 minutes, no answer just a flashing red button. After 5 minutes decided to try the drive through, once at the order box sat there for 2 minutes with no answer.
I guess the hardest part of a restaurant is having someone take an order. Who knew?

stall 4 isn't showing my order as it rings up. The person taking the order sounded kind of short as I was questioning what why it wasn't showing up She said she'd help me when she came out. It is early and she didn't have change unfortunately that meant no tip for her because she couldn't break my $5 bill so if I have some dollars

The person who took my order was completely incompetent, I had to repeate my order several times and the guy still kept asking for me to repeate myself, I ended up not getting the full order I was wanting until the young lady who brought my food out helped me with placing the rest of my order, horrible food experience at this location!
I’ve never left a 1-star review before, but honestly, even that feels like charity work. This is, without question, the worst Sonic on planet Earth—and possibly beyond. The wait times here could outlast a Taylor Swift album cycle, and when your food finally shows up (hours later, probably cold), the order is never right. Not once. It’s like they spin a prize wheel in the back and just hand you whatever it lands on.
Maybe the management from the Krum Sonic could take this one over—because clearly, leadership here clocked out sometime in 2019. At this point, my cat could run this place better… and she thinks the vacuum is an apex predator.
If this location were a drink, it’d be a flat Diet Coke served in a broken cup holder—with no straw, no napkins, and definitely no hope.

This location ruins it for all other Sonics. I only go back because I get sick of all the other fast food around. This time I actually got sick after eating. The service is bad the food is the worst I've ever had at a Sonic. I dont know what else to say definitely nothing good.
