Terrible customer service and food. Takes too long to make one drink. The cup when handed to me was so sticky and messy like they overfilled it and just smashed the lid down on it and then handed it to me dripping. It didn’t even get mixed correctly and had the filler just sitting on top. Go anywhere but here.

Nothing to the fault of the employees, they were doing the best they could, maybe just an understaffed day? We got 6 drinks, so I get that takes time, but much later when they brought the drinks, they were a mess, spilled all on the outside and slushies overflowing. The young men working were very nice and let us into the bathroom though, which we were very appreciative of.

They forgot my drink. Called and the manger whuch was a guy made a big feel as if it was my fault that they forgot my drink. The guy asked me like 20 questions as if it was a big deal. Over a drink. Hiw do these places hure these people as managers with no customer service or people skills. This place used to be my favorite spot for drinks and the occasional meal but not even close lately. Burgers taste like they been sitting foods mostly cold except the occasion when they actually freshly made it. But yet their proces are going up but food and service is pitiful.

Line cook has the best work ethic I’ve seen in a person atmosphere was the cleanest I’ve seen in a fast food restaurant over all everyone is kind and courteous I will definitely come back

Placed an order for a sundae only. Waited over 30 minutes while cars arriving and placing orders afterwards were being served. When the person who parked next to me 15 minutes after I arrived had their food delivered, I got upset and asked the server where my order was? I was told he was the only one working when you could see a total of three people working in the window. What a liar. Needless to say I will NEVER, NEVER return to this location.Update: I never received my order because I told the server to cancel it, I wasn't going to wait any longer. Well, my order was not cancelled and my card was charged. Filed a complaint with the bank disputing the payment. Another reason not to go here.
It was realy good food. Service was great I ask for a small cup of mustard it was no problem. The manager at this sonic is awesome.

Our order came out cold, fries and tots were soggy, burgers were not made how we had asked, and it took a while, longer than it should have. My husband could see one of the employees tossing food on the table with no care whatsoever from our car window.

This place evidently decides what time they want to open. Google and Sonic website say they open at 6am got there 650am and lights are out . Not professional at all.Update: Response I feel was like we open when we feel like . Still not professional.
