Tried Taco Casa for the first time today. The food itself was fine, but unfortunately, I was charged double for my order. Not sure if it was a mistake or intentional, but it left a bad impression, especially since I don’t usually eat at places like this and only stopped by because it was convenient. Disappointing experience for a first visit.

Walked in and was not greeted by the manager but rather he initiated my order with a hurried stare. Impatiently waiting for me to look at the menu above. When I got my order, the 4.59 burrito did not have any meat on it but the $2.79 Taco did. Just look at the pictures. Will not be coming here again.

They don’t do taco Tuesday anymore and $3 for a shell full of cheese is a ripoff for the price. I’m done with taco casa.

No flavor. We were charged 65.40 for 6 items. They added everything we didn’t like to eat & none of what we asked for. . Absolutely charged us for literally everything. Very disappointing. Tried to get a refund since we couldn’t eat any of it, they were going to reimburse my fiancé just 13.00 of it. We are so upset
