To-go only: They are very clearly taking the steak straight out of the pan and putting it steaming hot in the to-go box and it continues to cook. I'll be fair with them that I was really late to pick up my medium rare prime rib. I just ordered another medium rare steak and I was already standing at the window.

Both steaks each time were beyond well done.

Obviously they have to put it in the box warm. That's isn't what they are doing. It's either straight from the frying pan or cooking the steak and letting it sit for 20 minutes in the box or under a light. For it to go medium rare to extra done is insane, they probably had to overcook it on top of all that.

So after my 2 medium rare steaks that came out extra well done, dry, and unrested, the proportions being 1/2 or less than dine in, my 12 Oz regular cut strip very obviously being an 8oz thick cut with not even a touch of salt or seasoning, the mild food poisoning, I don't think I'll be ordering Togo anymore and I'll obviously never come to this hole again.

The food at this location has changed. The free peanuts are still a treat as well as the fresh rolls. The drinks are good as well as the salads. The steaks have made a turn, and I don't know if it's the time if day or location. One does seem to be better than the other. But what we look for is consistency with our food. I order a steak w/ mushrooms, with a loaded baked potato and a salad. I can truely say that my salad was the only thing that was the same. The mushroom were over powering the taste of the steak as when I usually place this order my mushrooms are on the side of my steak or in another fish. My baked potato was rather small and the cheese and added hoping were ok. I know my visit to this location was a first, but we usually wait for the gross to be seasoned before trying new locations. The margaritas on the other hand was a hit, but that's may have been the alcohol talking. I'll try this place again in due time. Just due the cost and taste of the steak, which us usually a hit just wasn't this go around.

Kid-friendliness: Kud friendly for sure!

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and easy access to the main doors and tables.

Took my fiancé here for his birthday…his choice. He chose a steak, but then when they brought it out it wasn’t the one he chose. They tried to convince him it was the correct one, but while they were trying to cover their error, someone else came over and said they HAD given him the wrong steak. Then they brought the “correct steak” but it wasn’t cooked right. He wanted medium and it was still bloody inside. The manager, Madison, tried to convince us it WAS cooked correctly but really at this point we didn’t believe anything that she said since she was obviously just trying to get us to drop it. Anyway, they ended up taking 10% off the steak and our server was really good. I would hope that this restaurant would stop shuffling people around like cattle to get as many in and out as fast as they can. It’s no longer about a dining experience, so much as let’s get them in and out so we can make more money. Very disappointing.

We’ve really tried to give this location a fair chance, but it’s been disappointing every time.

The first visit, our server was a younger woman who seemed to be MIA for most of the service. We didn’t get drink or bread refills until we had to wave down another server. The manager came by and explained that our server had been sick recently, so she may have just been not on her A game that day. We quickly left after hearing that.

On our second visit, we were seated near the restrooms with an older gentleman as our server. He took our order and then disappeared until our food arrived. We ordered an appetizer, salads, a to-go chili, and two entrees. My to-go chili came out first, and it took about 20 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive, at the same time. The *same* manager checked on us again and apologized but didn’t seem to do much else. We spotted our server on his phone with a dip in by the restrooms. We quickly left after tabbing out on the kiosk.

Tonight, we thought we’d give it another shot with a to-go order. We texted for pickup, but our time came and went without any update. My fiancé checked in at the window and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. Still no text, and when he checked again, the server handed him the bag and drinks that had been sitting on the counter on his first check-in.

Overall, the food was good, but we were missing the loaded for the baked potato, the extra ranch and lemon butter I ordered, and got onions instead of none, as requested.

With all that said, we’ll be continuing to make the drive to the Denton location since it’s consistently better. I know this is a lengthy review for a Texas Roadhouse, but with limited options in the area, we expected better service.

What kind of joke is this? Literally frozen dish water in my salad plate and the manager acted like this was normal and ok, I don't know what's worse, the literal ice in the salad or the absolute moron of a manager. Seriously who do you call to have this place inspected??

We were in last night and the wait staff was terrible. The hostess was nice and very friendly but then once we were set no one came to our table for 5 mins. We asked the hostess if a waiter was coming and she "I'm so sorry, I will track down your server". After another few mins someone comes to take our drink order which then takes 5 more mins to get brought to us. The whole time there is a Manager walking around talking to people and she never came by our table! The food was fine but after the server left our table everything we had to track him down to get help again.

Joined the waitlist and was told 40 min wait and to arrive before a certain time. Got there way before that certain time, and checked in. Continued to wait over an hour before being seated after joining the waitlist and being told 40-50 min wait. So waited over 2 hrs total to be seated. Once seated, took a while to get the adult drinks. Our food was cold, fries tasted stale, and our waitress kept just flirting instead of checking in on her customers. The overall experience here was not a good one. I’ve never had a bad experience at a location like this one.

Showed up at 615. Was told 30 to 45 min wait for party of 10. Place was busy for Thursday evening. After several inquires to the manager after the 45 minute wait we were finally seated by 8pm. Placed in 2 different tables. After being seated waiter took drink orders completely forgot mine. Only realized it after he delivered everyone else's drink. Ordered our meals and as they were delivering food a different server approaches me to tell me there was no more Prime Rib. Consequently i ended up with something i really didn't want. I did get it within 10 minutes. The manager could use a little redirection training. She's young and in no hurry to remedy situations. It made for a terrible experience. I frequently eat at this establishment but different locations and cities and I'll be sure to not waste my time or my family's time going here again.

I like to sit at the bar for a lot of reasons.
I don't recommend doing that here. The bartenders at this location have much to learn about making a living at tending bar. Good service, good tips. I will gladly tip 20 to 25 percent of my bill for attentive serve.
This guy and girl really didn't even deserve a 10 percent tip. I was not even offered the customary rolls, my beer glass was empty till I eventually waved the guy down and he still didn't even notice my glass was empty. Maybe they're trying to discourage people from sitting at the bar, I don't know.
What I do know is if I do decide to go back, I'll be sitting at a table!
