I can’t say my night at Twin Peaks Northlake was a great experience. Two days ago, I walked into the twin peaks to have some delicious wings and see some nice knockers. I sat at the cocktail bar area and waited patiently until the server Payton approached me and asked what I wanted. Not even a greeting from the youthful lady. I asked for a beer and she silenced me with a finger and told me I needed to cough up 10% immediately. She then shook me for all of my change. I even saw her messaging a previous customer about leaving her a bad tip, I wonder if they made a review! I wouldn’t know because I am 48 and live alone because I have anxiety. Payton really worsened my anxiety. I think I might have to go back to the mental asylum. Her knockers were a solid 4/10 btw.

Payton was our server today. I would like to first start off with this… I have 4 years of serving experience and have NEVER messaged or found someone on social media to ridicule after being left a tip I felt was undeserved. In this instance, the tip directly reflected the service provided.
First, it took 20+ minutes, and our asking, for her to take our food order.
Secondly, our rumple shot was left on the bar counter long enough for it to be warm.
Third, when we got her attention politely to ask for something, we instead received a finger held up to us as she continued to walk away.
If your JOB is in the SERVICE industry, you would think your priority is the service you provide - bar none. Not to mention the pity begging for the whole party to leave a review, for your “ranking”.
A tip is EARNED, not a gimme. Please think twice and reflect on your own performance before disrespecting your company’s customers.
Isabella is an amazing bartender and server, everytime I come it’s an incredible experience you can tell she cares about her job
