The food was great but the worst experience I've ever had at a twin peaks. We watched our server sit down with the same customer multiple times before coming to take our order. Finally, about 20 minutes later, she finally greeted us. It took another 20 minutes for our drinks and another 20 to finally take our order. Watched a host, sit a table, but she walked 5 feet ahead of them, dropped the menus off before they got to the table, and walked away before they got there. I saw the manager only by the front door and never do a table touch but only hangout by the host stand. I think this location needs someone to either retrain the staff or they need to higher staff willing to work. As a manager myself this was very disappointing to see. Won't come back to this location.
