DJ needs to be promoted to the highest level of manager they have at wing stop. After leaving the store I realized they had forgotten to put a fry in the bag (it happens). I called the store to explain what had happened and DJ told me to come on back and he would get everything straightened out and was very apologetic. Upon arrival a girl at the front asked what I needed and handed me a bag with maybe 10 fries in it. (She wasn’t interested in making anything right) DJ came to the front and personally made me a fresh batch of fried and asked if I needed anything else since I had to drive back up to the store. This man is what right about customer service, it’s hard to find people who actually care about making customers happy. WingStop upper management if you read this #PROMOTEDJ #NorthlakeTX.

I ordered food. Never got it. The next week I walked in the store to address the issue.
I was told they would remake my order. They didn’t. I was told the general manager has to put in a number to authorize a refund.
This authorization request answers was given to me multiple times.
I never got my refund and wont order from this wingstop for while. Hopefully things straighten out

Kiera and the night manager are amazing ! They always take care of me when I go . I come here a lot with me being pregnant. Never had a bad experience so 100% recommend

We order a lot from this location and have had many bad experiences in the past, but tonight, on 07/06/25, the quality of the chicken was really good. The boneless were big and flavorful. The service also was pretty fast. Congratulations to the workers and the manager! Keep the good work.

Very good quality food and clean location I will definitely make this a place I stop regularly after work.
Absolutely terrible location. I ordered extra crispy and the skin is so rubbery. I have to pull it apart with my teeth. Can’t even get through two wings of my 10 piece. They need somebody back there who understands what extra cook time and fried hard actually means. The chicken is soft and cushy when you bite into it and it is disgusting.
