Ordered a 40 piece of 4 different flavors. Ordered Hawaiian, Lemon Pepper, Mild, and Honey. The honey tasted like originals, the mild had a mild color but tasted like originals, the Hawaiian was watered down flavored, and lemon pepper lacked lemon. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up WingStop wings. Management needs to refund customers or provide a free order because saying you will pass the message to management does not suffice when money is involved.

I ordered from here for the first time and I was very disappointed with the seasoning on my wings. They might have well been naked wings. I ordered Louisiana dry rub and lemonpepper, and as you can see from the photos, they have little to no seasoning on them. Almost $35 for a meal, and I did not enjoy it. The fries were cold and soggy as well.

They have new workers now. Which I was trying to accommodate them. They food was starting to be better,but this time a couple days ago it was nasty with a lot of season salt on some of the French fries. I do request extra well done on my wings. Which it wasn't well done.This time the food was gross and disgusting greasy you could see it on the paper.I am guessing the tall black loud mouth lady ,tom boyish like letting it get to her head and starting to fix the food nasty like the rest use to do. At first she seemed to be cool. But my last visit my food wasn't good. You are too expensive to be fixing customers food any kind of way. You all need to be retraining on food preparation.

First time coming here and I ordered online 25 minutes before hand and when I got there I had to wait another 20 minutes. And there was people who had just got there and they got their food first before me tho I had an order placed a long time ago. Other Wingstop places have my order ready in 20 minutes. I also seen none of the staff wearing gloves while handling food. And my food barely had any seasoning and so much oil at the bottom. Never coming here again.

Order my food online. Said 16-21 mins. 30 mins later I am still waiting on my food. Two customers who came in and ordered after me got their meals. This is not the first time this restaurant has struggled with orders.

Cost cutting at its finest. There's as much yellow(no sauce) on these wings as there is sauce. In the past, we've asked for them to be wet and we're told they come wet. There is no sauce in the at the bottom for me to dip in to.

*STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND NO WORKING SODA MACHINES, OVERCOOKED WINGS*
we ordered online through DoorDash to be picked up by us not a dasher. I went inside, and sat down and was not helped at all. I had to stand up and wave someone down to help me. The man that helped me was sitting at a dining table with a laptop and a cell phone and was clearly on a personal call. He then got up to help me, and said my order was not there and he actually never received it (he looked on the shelf of the finished orders). He then went back to his table and continued with his personal phone call while I waited there for nothing. A cook from the back had to come to the front and look at the finished orders, and low and behold, it was there the whole time! The soda station was broken AGAIN (I order from this location monthly and the soda machine is ALWAYS BROKEN). I addressed this with the man in the front, and his excuse was that the machine is contracted, and basically for me to just “deal” with the fact that I paid for drinks and didn’t get any. I then said I was going to contact corporate and he said, “I am the GM, it doesn’t matter, nothing will happen to me!”
I could not BELIEVE management would say that, completely horrible customer service.
I didn’t get his name but he is very tall with dreadlocks and is very rude to customers and unprofessional.

I ordered 20 wings, 2 dips, large fries, and large voodoo fries. I live 4 minutes away, so when I got home after picking up, I opened my wings and my 5 mild and 5 lemon pepper were so hard. They weren’t even edible. I attempted to call and was hung up on, twice. When I ordered online, I was given a wait time of 20-25 minutes. I showed up exactly 20 minutes and it felt like my wings had been cooked hours ago. It’s frustrating to get a meal and not be able to eat half of it because they’re rock hard. Do better. I’d rather wait longer and get fresh food, then legit have to throw out half of it. Also, please advise your employees to not hang up on customers.

Now, kudos to whoever was the cashier because they were the best part of that experience. They were kind and courteous.
