Be prepared to wait for some of the better brisket this county has to offer. There’s a very popular bbq joint up the road that can’t touch these guy’s sandwiches! Beans are very good simply because they’re plain and not all “cowboyed up”. They include cookies & mints with your order, a nice touch that’s mostly overlooked nowadays. I’m getting a sandwich today unless they are closed for the holiday. Keep up the good work!

We hired Rancho’s Catering to provide lunch for my mother in laws funeral and the food was amazing. Their carne guisada was so delicious and the meat was soft and full of flavor. The rice was perfect as well. Fluffy and spiced just right to compliment the beans and carne guisada. The brisket was juicy and flavorful and the smoke ring was on the money. The care they put into serving was professional and very attentive. Overall it was the easiest decision to make during a difficult time and we’re very thankful for everything they did to make our celebration of life that much more memorable. Thank you for the wonderful food, you guys are amazing.
