Rude female employee makes it seem like it's such an inconvenience when serving you. I had ordered through the app so all she literally had to do was just give me my order that was already made. Rolling eyes and pretending to not see me standing there. This place is has gone down hill and lacks common customer service.

RUDE!!! Young lady that was there had a horrible attitude. It’s not like she’s there working for free, the least she could do is pretend to be happy she has a job. I bet when she went in for the job interview she had her two face smile on. After reading the reviews Subway needs to check in on this place, bad leadership leads to employees like this!

Went in to CIRCLE K where Subway is located in Odem TX. One employee had her back to the counter, the other was walking down towards her as I approached the area to begin my order. The other employee turned his back to the counter as well. Couldn’t tell what they were doing, but they weren’t making sandwiches. After standing there several minutes being ignored, I left. Extremely poor customer service. Needless to say, I don’t expect to stop here again.

Swore off Subway a long time ago. This place just confirmed it. Bread was as stale as you could get. Had to wait for clerk to stop texting to serve me. Complete waste of my money. Odem for you though.

Employees need to learn better customer service had to wait till employee was done texting on her phone before she offered to help. Then went to order they didn't have anybread or menu was very limited definitely the worst Subway around here mangers need to watch and train there employees better

This place is TERRIBLE. Management is rude when they make an error. Visit the one in Sinton if you want to be treated like a valued customer.
