I come twice a day everyday and the tall Hispanic kid reddish shirt watched me drive up looked over his shoulder several times as he sat there and conversed with other employees I sat there for about two minutes. Another vehicle pulled in the lane next to me after that he immediately takes there order And finally, another lady came out and got my drink order. Let me remind you no one was in line. 9-16-25 4:26pm I know this isn’t the procedure or service I’ve ever received the other car ordered and got served before I barley got my drink order in about me showing up minutes before they pulled in!

I usually get good service but today I was getting a tea after grabbing some dinner before heading home and I had to wait till this young lady finished having her convo to even get my order in... Mind you there was no other cars, like com'on do better.
We love 7brew! It is by far the best coffee in town. The employees are personable and friendly, and the atmosphere is happy. Definitely worth recommending.

Perfect coffee blend but watery milkshake!! Friendly employees BUT saw our drinks sitting there ready while 2 employees continued to talk to the person in front of us making our wait longer than necessary. Having a great atmosphere is wonderful but it is extremely disrespectful to your guests to be sitting there waiting for several minutes so your employees can chat!!

Went through the drive today and nobody was behind me. There was one in front of me , there were was about 10 working. They were putting all of their attention on that one vehicle while I sit there and wait. This is unacceptable, I will drive all the way to Dutch Brothers next time.
