This isn't the 1st time this has happened. I get there and there's maybe 4 cars. I order a HOT whatever I got. 15 minutes later I get a COLD whatever. I have loved this stand since it opened. Now its gone to shit. Sadly its the one on my way to work. Guess its back to home brew.

You know it only takes one bad experience to ruin a future customer. We got in line at 5pm and ordered a hot white chocolate mocha and a pumpkin spiced latte with extra caramel. first off, it took over 25 minutes to get our drinks, the lady that checked us out even kept going in and out to see what was up with our order. 2. The white chocolate coffee was lukewarm and 3. The pumpkin spice iced latte was insanely disgusting! It tasted like milk with shots of caramel sauce 🤢strike 3, your out, those factors alone encourage me to steer clear from this place. I thought Starbucks was bad 😳

This is by far the slowest Seven Brew in Odessa. Also they do not make the drinks the same as the other seven Brew locations. Twice I have received a caramel macchiato from this location not made properly. I have been drinking Caramel Macchiatos for over 15 years and this is the only place that fills the whole cup full of milk and there is hardly any espresso. The drink is not an off tan or tan.. it is white bc of improperly made. I asked once if they could remake it and the staff refused and the young lady wanted to explain this is how it is made… Just skip this location if you can. 8th street and Grandview are more professional and capable.

I LOVE Eva! My gift card was not working. Another worker said nothing was on it and wouldn't try to help. Eva took charge and figured it out! She found my 94.00$ I was mad but now I am very pleased . Thank you Eva.

I went with my mom and the two of us LOOOVED our beverages, the lemonades were so good. The people are very kind and sweet specially Bailey she’s the nicest barista i have ever met. Definitely getting my morning coffee here everyday!!
