Boba Cup / Fried Rice Express on Andrews Hwy in Odessa, TX, offers a delightful experience with fast and friendly service. Their fried rice is highly praised, often described as the best and tasting homemade. The egg rolls and Boba drinks are also popular. The kind staff adds to the pleasant atmosphere, making it a recommended spot to try, especially the Old Pecking fried rice and Boba tea.
