Arby's is going to be gone soon!! This proves how bad it really is. No sweet tea asked lady if some for drive through since the one that was expired at 5pm (Now 6pm) is out. She rudely said we have not brewed any and just get the unsweetened. This was also expired at 5pm tasted like expired an hour or longer ago mabey yesterday lol. Regardless even when I left no tea was made. This place is slow in 30 minutes saw 4 cars in drive through and 2 families come in. Great place if you want terrible service!! Everyone needs to be fired and this place might as well shutdown I am not going back

If i could give negative stars i would. Always dirty even though there's no customers. The employees are always rude and the service is the slowest in Odessa. They dont put enough meat on thr sandwiches, literally almost half the amount that Arby's advertises ison their sandwiches, they put regular buns on the more expensive sandwiches, they RE-FRY the potato cakes and they come out in puddles of oil. Honestly i wont be surprised if Arby's makes this owner close their doors. I'm sure if someone from corporate went there they would lose their franchising almost right away.

This place is so bad! The food is great, but the workers have literally no comprehension skills at all. You would think this is the hardest job of all time. And I’m not even trying to get mad at them because they work at a place that they probably don’t want to. Which is understandable. But I come here all the time for lunch and this has to be my last time. Their food is so good but it’s insane that they can’t ever get an order right. And I hardly ever see the same person even though I come all the time. So the turnover rate must be super high.

Every time I come to this place it’s always the same thing,the rude, disrespectful employees. The owner needs to give this entire staff some customer service training focusing on how to talk to customers. Milkshakes always come out like water. One of the worst things is when they take my order and then realize it’s a white woman and a colored man the colored employees literally lose all their manners. If I tell you thank you the appropriate response isn’t uh huh. No dummy it’s your welcome, or have a great day! Do something about these girls because they make your establishment awful. The thing is you chose this job and if it sucks then make a career change. Be better here this place is awful just because of your staff.

I don’t know the difference between going in the store or having your food DoorDashed with this place but I’ve door dashed my food twice from here and the first time food was good but I got a milkshake and the milkshake tasted like cleaner 😬I didn’t get mad or ask for a refund kinda just gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought “maybe they just cleaned the machine and didn’t get all the cleaner out🤷🏻♀️” well this second time my fries were super cold like just barely on the cusp of being cooked fully and my soda tasted like the same cleaner the milkshake did from last time 😬

My order took forever to make. To be fair it was a little busy but still the time it took was a bit ridiculous. I dont necessarily blame the workers they did seem a bit understaffed and this is not the only time I've seen it like this. I feel if the owners would put more people on the floor the place could be ran more smooth.

Stopped in for lunch after church. Food was served promptly and was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, the young lady behind the order counter dampened the experience. She was rude and not friendly at all. You could tell from her attitude that she would have rather been anyplace but there.

We were there yesterday on 9/26/24. Haven't been there in a while. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 Rubens and 2 Greek Gyro's. We were asked to pull up so they could make it and WOW... the food was really good. Keep it up y'all! Good job and thank you!

I'm giving 3 stars,as I usually love Arby's and never have many issues, but today I ordered 6 beef n cheddars (probably my fault for not checking before leaving but I've never had to) I got home which is a 20 minute drive, and found I had 6 plan roast beef sandwiches, no sauce no cheddar, after waiting for a while. A little disappointed
