You can write the order down for them and they still can't get it right. Then when you call them on it, it's your fault that the order is wrong. Seriously?!

Got to bushes at 8:28pm to order 3 gizzard meals only to be told that they already closed the fryers. Why are they closing the fryers so early when y’all close at 9?? Very disappointed

I would rate 5 stars for good food, and great sweet tea. It is unfortunate that this location specifically is what is ruining the name of Bush's Chicken. Not fully cooked chicken, representative that may have been high, and most of the time CSR's there seem to not care about there job or their customers. And my last experience here drew the line, I do not recommend this specific location the other locations in town are good.

The night shift at Grandview and 42nd I pulled up in the tea ?lane one of the worker's with a Mohawk hair cut refused to wait on after ten minutes one of the other worker's came out and took my order and it took him 15 minutes to bring out because the other worker was looking a me who was supposed to was taking to his man and I was the only one waiting for my order no one else was in line

Absolutely terrible service! I stood at the counter while they had an entire conversation about covering tattoos! There were three employees in the front no one said hello, how can I help you nothing! I stood there to see how long this would continue well it continued so I just left!

Chicken was Old, Hard and Dry. Mashed Potatoes are from a box and top it off No Gravy. Now I remember why we stopped going to eat there. Churches is a LOT better.
I have never ever seen anything like this at bushes I grew up around these restaurants and have never seen it this bad.I walk in with no one inside only me waiting at the register and five bushes employees running around ignoring me and not acknowledging me one bit.after 4 minutes of not being helped the cook pulled out a chicken tender and they all gathered around it to see if it was done, one of the employees says it looks pink do you think it’s done and the cook couldn’t even tell if it was done at that very moment I walked out and I felt really bad for all the people waiting in line for chicken tenders thru the drive thru wich was roughly 10-12 cars all I could think is they are going to get sick and they don’t even know how unprofessional and disgusting this place is I will not recommend this location and will never be back.

The day manager at Bushs on Grandview in Odessa is great. My wife and I eat there regularly. The service is the best. Chicken is always ready and hot. The Permian lunch students are always there and she keeps them in line. Your establishment needs more managers like her.

Horrible service very slow don't know what they have don't have constantly one car saying they don't have someone come to another car they said they have it go to another car they said they don't have it constantly not knowing anything and taking forever to get your food very expensive not worth it at all don't have tenders on Tuesday tenders and don't have tea
