I got some coupons for this place and figured I'd give it a go. I love chicken! Especially the kind that....strips.....lol However, these strips were more akin to gizzards in size and quality was subpar....I will also add that I was able to give myself quite the concert as I waited....and waited....and oh yeah, waited in line for my precious tiny white meats. It was hot and fresh, though.
I think Bush's has the best chicken livers in Odessa. However they are out quite a bit or they have to cook them. Sometimes they short you a couple but I continue to go here because I do like them.

The day manager at Bushs on Grandview in Odessa is great. My wife and I eat there regularly. The service is the best. Chicken is always ready and hot. The Permian lunch students are always there and she keeps them in line. Your establishment needs more managers like her.
