An employee assaulted my father who was trying to pick up an Uber delivery order through the lobby (which states open til 8pm and it was 7:30) absolutely disgusting behavior.

Employees are asking"do you want your change back " umm yeah. I'm not tipping $9 on a $1 cup of tea .
I'm not against tipping but when some employees are rude and basically demanding one. I have an issue.
tipping should be left to the customers discretion. I'm not tipping a large amount when you just walked 2 steps out the door with just a cup of tea.
