Our Daughter just had a baby last night at Odessa regional. All she wanted was the large Starbucks white Chocolate mocha. We ordered a large and it seemed the lady at the intercom Had an issue with us ordering large. We also ordered a hot brown sugar Latte espresso with extra espresso shots because we’ve had one of those before and it was good, They made a shaken brown sugar with oat milk something that is cold, they apologized smuglly. Today I ordered a apple crisp macchiato. The girl handed me a carmel macchiato. I told her no what I ordered, she took it back I say there in the drive thru for like 5 minutes and she came back and handed me the apple crisp. Drove off and nope she handed me back the carmel macchiato. Your barista lied right to my face on purpose. It's morning rush there so I can't go back and complain. Poor customer service.

I don't like giving bad review because everyone has bad days. However, everytime we go, they're out of something we want. This time they were out of Pumpkin favor. I ordered the Apple Crisp Oat Machiato, no that good. I don't know if I'll come back. I'll probably go to The Human Bean.
