Update from when they first open until now it's gotten better I arrived at 4:44a and everything was great, great service, quick ,and even got my old pup her pup cup over all I love the lavender Machi oatmilk iced latte very good and sky from the dive thru is awesome ?

I ask for no ice in my drink like always and that's what I got, the most ridiculous thing I they charge me 7,40 for this, they employee said is policy and refuse to give a refund because they never give my receive, the worst store ever

Our Daughter just had a baby last night at Odessa regional. All she wanted was the large Starbucks white Chocolate mocha. We ordered a large and it seemed the lady at the intercom Had an issue with us ordering large. We also ordered a hot brown sugar Latte espresso with extra espresso shots because we’ve had one of those before and it was good, They made a shaken brown sugar with oat milk something that is cold, they apologized smuglly. With o offer to make the hot one. We get to the window and the lady is rude gave us a brown sugar, shaken, drink, cold and then seem to have a problem and just said sorry guys that is shaken and it comes cold even though they do have a brown sugar latte that is hot, you have to be pretty smug to work there. Definitely do not recommend not necessarily for the product because it taste great but for the workers if there was an issue with staffing or anything that should never come across to the customer your customer base is essentially your paycheck when you’re in the service industry.4 venti/large coffees = 30.00 we will be happy to take our business to other establishments.

Placed an order online for a venti pink drink and still had to wait 30 minutes while my cup was half way made just sitting on the counter.Poor customer service.

As Every day I went to Starbucks to ask for a coffee “room temperature” (70°-75°) no foam and sometimes they make it too warm or too hot in some stores but they just correct my order. But that don’t happen on this store the problem is that I don’t remember the name for this guy but after I ask for what I order he Told me that he don’t know how to do that tempeture that “He just work there” and no other store do it in the way that I want it.I don’t think that’s a way to talk to a customer even when is a bad day.They re-do my order with foam ? and to be honest I get to much right there so I just leave the store and throw away that drink.

Every time I try to order something this location is out of almond milk. EVERYTIME!! If you run out of almond milk all the time shouldnt that mean to order more almond milk next truck??? It’s common sense, operationally one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Honestly all of them in Odessa are filthy and disgusting. Maybe if you’d take some of the money you use squashing unions you could invest in keeping the stores better stocked and cleaned. No excuse for this type of thing.
