Love the food, but my most recent visit the cashier had attitude and made it seem like he didn’t want to scan my coupon I had, he tried to say it was expired but it didn’t expire for another five months. It shows on the receipt his name is Ruben R. He didn’t even bother to say my pleasure or show any gratitude either.
I love Chick-fil-A but this one annoys me because the girls with the iPads taking the orders rush up to your car before you even get close to the menu or block the menu. Then you feel like you need to hurry and just order nuggets like aways because you haven't go to see what else was there. I did go inside my last trip and it was much better. I don't always have time to do that though.
Why would anyone have an order lane without the menu? They should at least make the employees wear a sign with the menu. But instead they put the employees so far away from the menus you have to keep asking the employees questions. Move the menus to the new spot where you have the people outside taking eye orders.
