They went above and beyond for us today. We placed an Uber order and our delivery person never brought our order. We delt with Uber customer service and couldn't get help. Finally we spoke with the manager at Taco Bell and she was the best, she offered to re make our order for us free of charge and had it ready really fast. Not many places are willing to do that for someone else's mistake. Thank you ma'am the food was delicious 😋
We were having issues and someone stole our uber order we called and told the manager and she replaced the food no problem was verry nice and patient the hole time when we received the order everything was in order didnt looked rushed and was frustrated at first but over all satisfied with the service
