They let you dispense your own tea; you can pour up a cup of 1 flavor or mix and match, and you can even add lemon or lime to your drinks. A very interesting concept. Their Horchata was pretty good. The Texas chai tea latte, well, you're supposed to have your choice of milk, but the lady taking my order didn't let me say that I wanted oat milk before she finished ringing me up. It was very milky, with a faint chai flavor. Meh.Overall, I love tea, so I would definitely come back here.

I had a free drink in my rewards I went to go redeem it and the girl at the window said the only way to redeem is with the app they don’t use phone numbers. Will today I go redeem it had my phone and it wouldn’t redeem so this time another girl asked for my number and I was thinking I thought y’all no longer use numbers: so basically I was lied to didn’t get my free coffee so annoying. I’m happy that this new girl asked and grab a manager to fix the problem so I could get my coffee they were so friendly.
