So as a single mom with 2 littles, you can't drive through and get drinks on a warm day as a treat because there is a 4 drink minimum for a drink carrier???? So I have to hold a large drink while driving all the way home? Because let's be honest, my kids aren't making it home with an intact drink if they hold it themselves. How cheap are you that you won't give out drink cariers when someone OBVIOUSLY can't carry all of their drinks.
I’ve come to this location almost everyday since it opened. Never had an issue until today-
To the franchise owner/shareholder working barista at 3:30- ma’am I understand it was busy and the store drive thru was rocking. Took an hour to give me 5 ice coffee’s and forgot 1 ice coffee so had to wait even longer.

Based on the reviews, HTeaO - Odessa (JBS & 42nd) offers good tea with polite staff. The girl that took an order was kind and the staff was polite. However, the tea has changed and now tastes watered down, almost flavorless. Some recent tea has been sour and old, not made fresh daily. The service is great with no complaints there, but service needs to be improved during lunch time. The drive thru for mobile orders answers quickly with a short weight time, but an employee was confused on which order she was on. A customer got the strawberry matcha, which was good, but the strawberry syrup sits on top of the ice and the flavor disappeared after a few sips.
