HTeaO - Odessa (Kermit & 1882)

I placed an online order on the HteaO app without looking at the time of closing (that part is my fault, I’m aware) but it said to pick up my order at 8:22. I get there it’s closed but employees were inside so I called so they could just simply cancel my order because they already charged me and I obviously couldn’t have my tea. Literally the worst management ever. She’s super rude and couldn’t just fix my order for me on Christmas Eve because they messed up my order and then closed right after. I get it you wanna be home with your family on Christmas Eve but all the machines were still running and it was their mistake that they messed up my order. This is why they say be kind during the holidays because even small things like this can ruin someones Christmas Eve. They also stopped serving gallons...read full review
