If you’re out of an item and a delivery company is picking up the order, you need to tell the driver to let the customer know there might be a substitute.. I ordered Pot Pies but received the Chicken potato corn bowl thingy.. Which isn’t bad, I just wish I had been asked first..
First of all there was a long wait and was told to hold while mid ordering plus waited 15 minutes for my order. I wanted the 12 pc mixed but only had original so i went ahead and said ok. Original is ok or so i thought. The chicken pieces were soggy. I do not know why or how but the originals were not good at all. It was like someone grabbed my chicken and soaked them in water. Also I was excited to try the new cinnabon biscuits but was very disappointed in ALL the biscuits....read full review
