Took my wife there for the 3rd time. Food was hot and delicious. Everything was prepared correctly for our order. Place was clean and neat. Tons of choices on the menu. Staff was friendly and courteous.
I've seen this restaurant in many places and avoided it because I assumed it would be cheap tex-mex. I was wrong. It is great quality food at reasonable prices. Counter service in a large clean dining area that feels more like a full service restaurant. I'll definitely visit Rosa's in other locations.

They lead the race when it comes to "fast food" they're quick! The food is a solid 10. Only reason why I gave it 4 starts is because of their Fajitas. Expensive for the amount you get. A burrito will run you $6 and you'll only get three pieces of meat.
