If you’re out of an item and a delivery company is picking up the order, you need to tell the driver to let the customer know there might be a substitute.. I ordered Pot Pies but received the Chicken potato corn bowl thingy.. Which isn’t bad, I just wish I had been asked first..
I'm not sure if it's a manager not ordering enough but they are ALWAYS out of multiple items. Which turns into rude customers then rude workers. I don't know, don't go often enough to make it my problem
