1-25-24 Normally this is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to, orders taking 20-30 minutes to process, sat in the drive through for an hour once, I would normally NOT recommend…however something great happened, and her name was Debbie. She was the definition of customer service, and if the west county road location is selecting team members like Debbie, then hopefully they are on the right track to turn this store around. Would I recommend coming here…not yet, but at least come at night to order from Debbie, and get a glimpse of what this store could be.

I ordered my food 2 hrs in advance. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30. Nopei had to wait. As I saw them hand out chicken. Buckets, but I had to wait . I was 15 min early . I left with my food at 6:55. They forgot my 2 extra gravys i paid for. Then they had people behind me all mad because when I pulled up I have a big vehicle they couldn't get around me . Small space.

The KFC closer to home was out of biscuits so I drove across town to this one for take out. The food stayed hot during the 30 minute ride home and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful we quickly forgot the time spent traveling to get it! And the cashier was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a meal for my picky 4 year old at who was waiting at home.

Carlose refused to give me my money back after waiting 20 minutes for my food. carlos was extremely rude and refused help for multiple customers. He was rude to the Caucasian cashier and told her to give the whiteboy his money back after asking multiple times.

Nope, 6 cars got their food before me.Their chicken tenders were under cooked and thrown awayThe French fries under cooked and thrown away.And when they bring it out they will lie to you. I asked if they remembered the BBQ sauce. The answer was yes. After waiting 20 minutes, I took their word for it. And guess what, no BBQ sauce.Happens everytime.Well never again.
