One time I came here and ordered a 4 piece combo. What ingot was 4 pieces of greasy soggy slop in a box. When I went to get it replaced I saw that the inside was filthy, the workers were coming in and out a bunch to go smoke and when they would come in they didn’t wash their hands and go straight to handling food. I decided to just ask for my money back. While I was waiting for the manager I heard a baby crying in the back. One of the workers had an infant in the back somewhere.Eventually the manager came and gave me my refund. I asked for a receipt. He said he can’t give it to me so I asked if I could take a picture of it. He looked at someone in the back and then said sure and held it up. After I took a picture he said “have a nice life” before walking away.I’ve never once in my life brought food back before this and haven’t since.If you go through the drive thru and you want something like hot sauce or bbq sauce or anything similar make sure to get it before they have you pull forward. They only care about their times and need you to pull forward to stop the timer for the order and if you ask for it you likely won’t get it.The only good service I have had at this location is one of the guys working there is great every time. I don’t know his name but he is a black guy.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal. The pieces were overcooked and the employee should have been embarrassed to serve such a poor quality. It cost me $20.51 my husband agreed with me we will never order from KFC again. This is not the first time for poor quality of chicken at such a high price. I would really have been mad if I would have paid $30.00 and have gotten the whole meal with the sides.

Ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, a famous bowl, and 2 Mac n cheeses. Order arrived and had 0 mashed potatoes, the famous bowl had no mashed potatoes, instead it had Mac n cheese with chicken on top. Got 1 corn that wasn't ordered. When I asked the manager about it, she said she approved the substitutions since they were out of mashed potatoes. Worst kfc service ever.

Definitely one of the worst KFC restaurants ever. They did not give me the chicken that I ordered. When I pointed it out, they just said that they didn’t have what I ordered. I guess rather than letting you know, they just give you whatever they have. I asked for a refund and was told they can do refunds in the store. So, now in addition to food that I did not order, they are holding my money hostage. I asked when more chicken would be ready and was told at least 30 minutes because they only had one dryer. I asked about my missing biscuit and was told that they didn’t have any of those either. I’m guess the oven was broken too. Finally the manager gave me two additional, undesired pieces of chicken and a pot pie. I thought it strange that they had a pot pie to give me when a man had just came in and asked if they had any and they told him no. Service was extremely slow and someone behind me walked out before ordering. I should have followed her. I definitely will not ever visit this place again.

I’m so mad I was hungry and ordered KFC for DoorDash and my DoorDash got there and they literally didn’t have anything ready how are you going to be a restaurant and not have food ready like what the heck so unprofessional just a waste of time I will never get anything from KFC again ?!!!

Went last night at 10 and bought 2 of the new smashed bowls....gross! The fries were so hard we couldn't eat them. The window worked wanted to be anywhere but there and made me feel the same way.

Staff was really friendly. I ordered a famous bowl and it was delicious. Most KFC's I've been to cheat me on the amount of chicken in the bowl, which really aggrevates me, but this location had a good proportion.
