I ordered the 8 piece chicken meal. The pieces were overcooked and the employee should have been embarrassed to serve such a poor quality. It cost me $20.51 my husband agreed with me we will never order from KFC again. This is not the first time for poor quality of chicken at such a high price. I would really have been mad if I would have paid $30.00 and have gotten the whole meal with the sides.
Ordered 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, a famous bowl, and 2 Mac n cheeses. Order arrived and had 0 mashed potatoes, the famous bowl had no mashed potatoes, instead it had Mac n cheese with chicken on top. Got 1 corn that wasn't ordered. When I asked the manager about it, she said she approved the substitutions since they were out of mashed potatoes. Worst kfc service ever.

One time I came here and ordered a 4 piece combo. What ingot was 4 pieces of greasy soggy slop in a box. When I went to get it replaced I saw that the inside was filthy, the workers were coming in and out a bunch to go smoke and when they would come in they didn’t wash their hands and go straight to handling food.
