This esquite cup comes with fresh warm corn covered with birria, mayo, Parmesan cheese, tajin, lime and Valentina salsa. The birra can be taken off just add to notes that no birria is desired with the cup.

I've had quite a few things off the menu, big breakfast and lunch, and everything's been great. The batidero burrito in particular is my favorite burrito in town. It's Asada with beans and chile asadero, perfectly seasoned.

This place gets an 11/10! Came to visit Midland, TX and needed to find some good food so of course I start checking local spots and their respective reviews ultimately stumbling into La Patrona. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the cashier who welcomed me and provided me with recommendations. I decided to try the La Patrona Special which came with Birria Quesatacos, Carne Asada Tacos, and chicken mulitas. The food was scrumptious! The quantity of food in this meal...

Some of the best food and service to be had in Odessa. Truly a hidden gem for Mexican food in West Odessa. It's not the fanciest place but it's better this way because the food is great.
