Maria's is a high class, high quality, extrordinary mexican cuisine restsurant. Staff is very professional providing service to the highest level. The food and drinks are exceptional! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for that step above experience!

So far the best Mexican food in Odessa/ Midland. I had the chicken Mole, Ceviche, and Flan. The mole was quite good along with the beans and rice the flan was excellent, The ceviche could have been chilled a tad bit longer and the small slices of jalapeno topped it off. Wife had the swordfish I had one bite it was really good And she seemed to like it as well. Can't wait to come back to try a different dish.

Absolutely delicious, can't believe it took us so long to try it. Kind wait staff and even more sweet management, everyone was so patient with our kids and delicious food/drinks.
