We went to the 191 location in Odessa, and there were only 2 other customers there eating. We waited 5 or 6 mins before walking to the server window to let someone know we were waiting. They were having a good time in the back, laughing & cutting up & it felt like we an inconvenience to them. Food was placed in the window quickly but sat there a couple of minutes. We had to go ask for it & I don't think the manager was very happy about having to wait on us....

Like any restaurant you go to, it's a hit-and-miss experience. However, this particular restaurant has portioned the food so minimal that my sandwich had 2 thin slices of meat rather than your typical weight you're supposed to get. The staff were friendly to me, but as I was standing there waiting to finish my order, the counter lady answered the phone and was rude to the caller.
