I’ve been coming to El Ranchito for a while now, and the customer service is always outstanding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The food is consistently delicious, and one thing I really appreciate is that they have no problem serving my burritos and tacos on the low-carb tortillas I bring with me. They never hesitate and always accommodate my request with a great attitude.

It was Cinco de Mayo and the restaurant was full and a lot of noisy live music. Due to the crowd the service was expectedly slow with some mistakes.
