“Our first time to eat here & It was Awesome! We split a Build Your Own Bucket with Mushrooms, Broccoli, Scallops, Shrimp & Crawfish with Cajun Hot Wet Sauce; however, the Side wet sauce of Bombire was Fantastic! Will have the Bombfire sauce next time! Nate our server was Awesome! The patio seating outside was very nice. We will definitely be back! Love this place!“

“The food was excellent and truly felt like a taste of home while on the road. I asked for the chef's special, and he prepared delicious Paneer Bhurji and Chilli Chicken. He also included complimentary salad and kheer for dessert, which was a very nice touch.
They offer free delivery for truck drivers to the QuickTrip at Exit 120 and the Pilot Flying J at Exit 121, which is extremely convenient.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and friendly service!“

“Okay, so we drove all the way from Andrews to Odessa just to try out a new place. Maria's, let me tell you, it was worth the trip! Our server, like knew exactly what we wanted before we did! “The 7-brew on 8th street in Odessa has the best girls. They are knowledgeable and are friendly. I have gone to various locations and hands down this is the best one!!! I will drive extra miles for this one!! Keep up the great work. My favorite is the nightshade energy chiller!! I always love this place!! This is my favorite one between Odessa and midland and when i went on the 19th. They were short handed and I saw how hard these girls were working I want to give a shout out to Jayden short handed and running and still had a smile on her face“

“We have eaten here twice in the last month and service is always top notch! Both times we visited, The owner was working alongside the staff and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. We ordered a chicken and liver plate, corn nuggets and drinks. Everything was cooked perfectly and more than we could eat! Great service and great value.“

“Love this place!! Was in town for government work travel and thought I would try this place out as it was right across from my hotel . Glad I did . Food was great as I ate here every night and tried a variety of foods. My bartenders Loren and Kenzi really made my experience above and beyond . Always made sure to check on me when my drinks were empty and both had great personalities. Service was great and I will definitely be back when in town again!“
