it's a popeye's chicken, it's clean the people are friendly and it's got plenty of parking I can't complain. been there many times and will continue to go

Went here today, sitting in the parking lot as we speak. Food was really not that impressive but more importantly.... I went in with my service animal. Even after showing proof of registration of her, we were asked to leave. Told that on behalf of Popeyes chicken they do not allow service animals?? Unfortunately we ended up eating in the Parking lot when we were hoping for a decent little lunch date. I am very disappointed that Popeyes acted this way. The on site manager claimed she spoke with the area person and they also denied us. So.... if you require a service animal. Your animal is not welcome on the property. Great Job Popeyes

I went through the drive-through and ordered a 16 piece chicken only when I arrived home I looked in the box and my kids wanted legs. There was only one leg in the box all , 11 thighs, two breast and two wings. Now you tell me what’s wrong with this picture how come I get more thighs than anything and I paid 30 dollars for this. I am really upset about it. I tried calling him back. Nobody’s answering the phone. I don’t think this is right I’m upset.

When they first open it was so good but now it's like the people working there don't change out the oil or even complete my order the way I asked for it gonna leave a review from now on evertime I go.

I went thru the drive thru. I was there atleast 30 mins in all. When I went up the window the service was good. I was just hangry. I was given a watered down lemonade, which they gladly swapped for a coke. Like I said service was good just the wait was a bit too much..
Chicken was a bit dry.

We were told to leave because at 6:30 after trying to order one meal they had large order in front of us and would not be able to help us. Told us they could not make a 2 piece meal and were closing in 2 hours. Horrible customer service who says they can’t get you chicken at restaurant that serves chicken????

They almost always make it wrong, they almost always make mistakes with your order, service tends to be slow and the chicken is super greasy. I used to love the spicy chicken sandwich but they barely add the spicy mayo so basically it is just a normal sandwich.

I’ve been to Popeyes three times in a row on my lunch break for the six dollar big box and never have they ever put fries in my boxes but if you go in there, they don’t speak English, but they can take your money

Can never get the order right. Have visited 4 times in last 6 months and never received a correct order. I will not recommend or return.
