My beans and Rice weren’t filled right like hardly anything in my tub it came in y’all ran out of chicken like some one didn’t order right
After a long days of work then come to this there was a lil girl that was wrking she was awesome trying to keep everything in control this place was busy some guy just left one guy was sweeping with the one arm phone on his ear I have never seen anyone sweep with one arm ppl waiting for their food in the lobby and a line in the drive thru..

Avoid this place. Night drive thru customer service needs a lot of improvement. Rude employee at drive thru and long wait and short staffed. Long list of complaints in reviews like raw chicken, rude employees and long wait times(can be up to 1-2 hr wait times) I don’t know if it’s bad management or what but if you’re the regional manager this location needs a lot of work and people already think this place has problems so you’re definitely losing business.

Expensive good tasting chicken

I had genuinely the most ATROCIOUS experience at this location. I placed a mobile order to give them a good amount of time to be able to prepare it. We arrived at the restaurant, they read the order out and parked us. We waited an additional HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES in the car before getting down to ask what on earth was going on. We had to try to talk to an employee THREE or more times (who looked too high to function anyway) he kept making eye contact with me and helping people BEHIND me!! I finally flagged someone down and they pretty much told me I was a LIAR about my order. When I showed it to them on my phone they started digging for the ticket that had been THROWN IN THE TRASH. They angrily and with attitude threw the order together. And aggressively handed it off. We got all the way home to realize they FORGOT items in our order. I obviously should have double checked because the employees were obviously on something. I then tried to call to talk to a manager and they HUNG UP ON ME. I never once got loud or angry with them. We tried to be understanding because everyone gets overwhelmed everyone gets busy. But holy crap this is genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had!!

We ordered over the phone at 8pm. Wife came to pick up from the drive thru as the doors were locked. She waited 30 minutes before we swapped places. I’m going on 30 minutes now. Hope it’s worth it.

My order got passed off to 4 dashers and when I did receive it the chicken was raw🤮

Worst place ever, 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong, go to get wings wait in line for 20 minutes just for them to say they ran out of chicken the employee said they couldn't cancel the order so i guess they just got to keep my $30, i reached out and still no answer. SMH ill never come back to this stupid place. Maybe instead of remodeling the building they should get new staff.

We ordered 2, 4pc chicken boxes and both of the meals only came with 2 pieces of chicken. That’s ridiculous we got our money back so screw you Popeyes and don’t order from this location what so ever. Someone needs to be fired

Placed an order at 8:40, didn’t get it til 10:25. They was backed up so it’s cool. What wasn’t cool was the white old lady talking rude to her employees and customers.
Our order wasn’t made right and the shrimp was soggy. Was missing the correct chicken and shrimp had 0 flavor even tho it was supposed to be lemon pepper. Do not go here at night til that white old lady is gone or some

Drive thru is the worst . They wait till customer has gotten their food & then they attend to next customer as in asking what is your order.
