Main course of meals usually are excellent in flavor, consistency and speed of service. However, I have noticed that the side dish of refried beans is so runny that it should be listed as as refried bean flavored water! It has been like that almost a couple of months. The main course of chicken enchiladas was great, though.
Was late right before closing time food was still hot good and fresh staff was friendly was welcomed soon as we walked in the door clean nice place to dine with friends family or special occasions.

Food was very nasty. The enchiladas chili appeared to be from a can, tamales were white and had no taste. First time I have been disappointed with Rosa's. Also ordered beef fajitas and received 4 small pieces of fajita meat for $14.00. Will not be going to Rosa's
