Hey it isn't much to look at, and off the beaten path, but it is truly an oasis of authentic, good cooking. I was cutting across from Odessa to deep southwest Texas, to I-10 and on to Pharr. Saw this food truck and thought, man I sure am hungry and I better eat before I am out in the middle of nowhere. Good choice and decision. The lady there doesn't speak English and I am the one and only No-Mexican speaking Mexican in Texas. Actually can understand and speak poquito, just embarrass...read full review
