Dairy Queen is a restaurant known for its food, which is generally good but can sometimes vary in quality. The staff is noted for being sweet and maintaining a clean store. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the food is often delicious and prepared well, meeting the high standards expected from Dairy Queen. The service is usually fast, especially at the drive-thru, although wait times can sometimes be slower. The store has a parking lot that accommodates customers comfortably. However, there have been concerns about a homeless population near the location, with some customers feeling uncomfortable due to people begging for money or sitting outside. Additionally, there have been issues with to-go orders of onion rings being replaced with French fries. In recent visits, some customers observed inappropriate behavior, such as young teens walking in shirtless, which is against the usual policy of no shoes, no shirt, no service.
