We ate Menudo. It lacked flavor. I'm not a person that likes salt, and it needed salt. VERY simple restaurant. The cashier asked what size we wanted. I asked if we were going to get in a bowl. We were served in styrofoam containers and plastic silverware. It's definitely a no frills restaurant.
I have been here before and had some good food. But this time I had ordered 2 dozen tamales and they were horrible. They were small as in one to maybe 2 bites and also tasted like they were made with old leftover meat or themselves were just old. Maybe this was an off day. I will try them again as i know that the food is good.
I've been going to Saucedo's since I was a kid and now I take my daughter regularly. The people behind the counter are patient/happy every time, we see these people so much and they are always so nice, the service is perfect. The food is amazing, we always get the chili cheese potatoes with a bean/cheese burritos and then use the burritos as a eating utensils to consume the chili cheese potatoes with it's so good and cheap. I can't say enough good things about...
