We stopped by this gem on a whim… We were traveling from El Paso to the Dallas Fort Worth area, and we wanted to eat before it got dark… I was able to get in touch with the food truck to confirm that it was on site for the day, and once I arrived, they took our order… Everything was prepared fresh. The only thing I don’t think they had to offer was drinks but luckily we had some leftover drinks from our recent stop at a gas station. if you’re on a road trip traveling through Odessa Texas, this is the best place to stop and experience food truck dining!!

Hands down our favorite food truck in Midland. We look forward to it every week! Our usual is an order of the Honey Garlic Chicken Fries (add extra sauce) and an order of the Big Poppa Fries with Brisket. We have never left disappointed or hungry. Always high quality. Can’t recommend them enough!!

They do food truck Friday's (most fridays) in midland and I am always there. It's my favorite day of the week! This place is a MUST TRY! The wings are my favorite, honey garlic fries close second, chicken sandwich meal 3rd, I could go on and on!

I have not gotten any food from Smoked Soul that I have not liked. He has a constant menu and will occasionally introduce a limited item. Everything is absolutely delicious. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. But don't be afraid to ask for it not spicy as each chicken is breaded when you order it. The food comes out hot and the condiments that he mixes up are fantastic. He has his own BBQ sauce and ranch dressing that is way better than Sweet Baby Rays or Hidden Valley. The fries that he produces have a seasoning on it that have had to ask for a tub of so that I can sprinkle on other things too. The owners are super nice and great to talk to. Try it out and you will not be disappointed.

And they give you a lot of food.I got the honey garlic chicken fries, and for starters I'm so glad that there's a place around here that seasons their fries, the seasoning he used has a nice spice to it. The sauce on the chicken was so addicting, so I'm glad that he didn't skimp!My husband got the Big Poppa fries with pulled pork, next time will definitely remember to ask for extra BBQ sauce because it was just so good. And that pork had some love in it.
