We stopped by this gem on a whim… We were traveling from El Paso to the Dallas Fort Worth area, and we wanted to eat before it got dark… I was able to get in touch with the food truck to confirm that it was on site for the day, and once I arrived, they took our order… Everything was prepared fresh. Hands down our favorite food truck in Midland. We look forward to it every week! Our usual is an order of the Honey Garlic Chicken Fries (add extra sauce) and an order of the Big Poppa Fries with Brisket. We have never left disappointed or hungry. Always high quality. Can’t recommend them enough!!
