I ordered on the app, and didn't receive my chili Frito wrap. The other thing I had in my order was extra pickles. I wouldn't be making a big deal if I didn't have to pay for extra pickles, but it was over 50 cents for extra and I got 4 each burger. And I just got down to eat my lunch.

The employees are very rude. Are food was nasty. Onion rings were not crispy and drinks were nasty. My tea looks like water with a splash of tea in it. Would not recommend this sonic at all!!

My second time at a sonic in Odessa and they gave me and my sister spoiled milk in the shakes. This is actually disappointing because the Sonics in midland were so good. They made both of us sick and this is grounds of a lawsuit. I have a chronic illness and I don’t have time to go to the er because a stupid shake at this sonic was rotten. And no, it wasn’t cheesecake flavoring, it was straight spoiled milk. Disgusting. Never coming again. Edit : NOBODY is answering the phones. The phone line for this specific sonic is cut. I will gladly personally call the manager of this location after my food poisoning goes away. No wonder you guys have 3 stars.

Never again!!!! Took like 10 minutes to take our order. Another 20 to bring our food and it was disgusting!!! Why don't these places just close down already. Kids meal cheese burger was hard. #8 popcorn chicken meal was gross, chicken tasted like old grease and the drink was the worst. Health department need to go in a check this place out and close it down!!!!!

I waited patiently as customers came and went for 10 mins, mind you I kept pressing on the button because I thought maybe it's not working or something then I moved to another stall and 3-4 minutes went by and still nothing. This was around 3pm they were not busy at all.

You call this a large fry… Not even any stragglers in the bag actually crazy. And i was gonna let it go until I saw I asked for a burger no veggies and somehow ended up w just onions, ketchup and mayo, pretty sure onions qualify as veggies.
