Lots of rhe stalls aren't working and the servers didn't seem very happy. Likely won't go back but it's sonic can't expect much anymore.

I had arrived, ordered, and waited for my food patiently. Then when the food got there I had to give the sever my card. She handed me my drinks I got, and took the card inside. I the tried to put one of my drinks in a cup holder I had in my car, and the cup busted at the bottom when I tried to place it in. Mind you, this was completely my fault, and it was getting everywhere. I then try to pull up the drink and salvage any mess as much as I can. Then the server gets back, and I just say, "um...ma'am", while holding the now visibly busted open drink wich had spilled over me. She then gets a wide look in her eyes and says, "I didn't do that", and promptly hands me the recipt in my open hand, and then says,"The drink wasn't like that when I brought it out.". I was too stunned too even think because of the sheer unforgiving attitude the server had. She started to walk away before I asked her for another cup(an empty cup), even bothering to say please. I was so stunned by the servers attitude, after seeing the mess in my car and that I had barely any of my drink left in the bottom of the now busted cup. I just left after getting an extra empty cup to put the rest of my drink in. I could not believe the service after spending 40$ at this establishment. If the staff does not change, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Most of the stalls are broken. The ones that look like they work, may or may not. We waited 20 minutes with the red button saying it was activated with no response. It was not busy. We moved to another stall and activated the button. Waited another ten minutes and finally just left.

Literally no one’s in the parking lot and yet nobody can take your order. Sat there do 12-15 mins and nothing I just finally left. I Had the same problem last year, finally tried to give it another try and same problem nobody takes your order.

Never answered our call when we pulled up. Tried 3 different signs, and all didn't work or didn't answer. We tried the phone but didn't answer either, went inside and all three people weren't doing anything, nothing was on.

Ordered ahead online, got there and checked in.Waited 25 minutes for a drink and cheese sticks. Watched cars pull up and get their food and go, but still never received mine. I tried pushing the button and that didn't work, I received no answer. I tried calling and the phone gave a busy signal every single time. Finally after 10 more minutes I was able to get the attention of a car hop and asked him about my order. He asked my name and immediately went inside and retrieved my cold mozzarella sticks and incorrect drink.
Loved the garlic bacon burger, I added an extra patty and made it perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would...... sonic has the worst possible customer service in Odessa there was literally one car in the parking lot and it took over 15 minutes to get a response and the person that answered the speaker had an attitude I requested two Junior cheeseburgers they stated they didn't sell that and turn the speaker off on me.
