“I come here every day, but yesterday and today I was disappointed, I got a quad yesterday didn’t even taste the expresso as usual, and this morning I had me a cortado and to be honest it tasted like burn coffee, brown sugar Cortados are not supposed to taste like coffee especially not burned. I love the customer service though.“

“They're very busy most of the time but I e never felt any bad customer service. It's It's fast paced place and at the end of the day all is right with the world when you get a cup of Starbucks coffee...best coffee in the world.“

“I absolutely adore the Starbucks on 87th Street. Every morning, I’m greeted by a delightful crew of incredibly sweet, kind, and caring individuals. Having such a wonderful staff right down the street from my house makes my mornings truly special. I genuinely believe they possess the most beautiful personalities, and their presence brightens up my day.

While we can’t always have a good day or be happy, this crew stands out. They maintain their smiles and professionalism even during challenging times or when we’re simply having a bad day. I genuinely hope they receive some recognition from management.

Management, if you reach out to me, I’d be more than happy to collaborate on a creative recognition day. It would be an incredible honor to show our appreciation for their outstanding work. As an old Gen Xer, I learned that customer service and wow factors are essential, and it’s becoming increasingly rare in today’s fast-paced world. She greeted me & my son as soon as we walked in to the store and helped us chose a “kid-friendly” drink for him (no caffeine) and didn’t seem annoyed like how some of my past experiences have been while ordering with my son. “I love getting my drink at this starbucks location. The man with long hair always makes my drink the way i like it. The music and atmosphere is great but the lack of seating isn’t very inviting. I wish this location had a sofa like the other starbucks locations do. Starbucks used to have more available seating.“
